Hope Is Alive At The Farm!
Please take a moment to read our January Newsletter!
Here’s an excerpt from our Newsletter:
“Winter on the farm is a time for rest and planning, but is also a time of excitement and hope for the future. As we look through the beautiful, colorful seed catalogs we are reminded that in a matter of months the cold will subside and the the farm will be flourishing and alive with bees, bluebirds and beautiful produce.
“With the help of our donors and volunteers we grew and donated nearly 4,000 pounds (2 tons) of produce to local food pantries and the Food Bank in 2024. Our goal for 2025 is to grow and donate 25,000 pounds of produce to reduce hunger and food insecurity in our community.
“We are getting ready to place a big seed order and finalize crop placement and field layouts. We can’t wait to see you at the farm. The March-October period of the year is going to be busy. With the help of volunteers and donors we will reach our goal and reduce hunger in our community.”
